Qualifications:

Required:  

• Valid plumbing license for the state of Oklahoma.  We will train the right individuals to attain this.

• Minimum 2 years of experience in residential plumbing.  

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.  

• Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills.  

• Excellent communication and customer service abilities.  

Preferred: 

•  Experience with water heater and tankless water heater installations.  

•  Knowledge of consumer financing options for homeowners.

• Perform residential plumbing services, including diagnosing, repairing, and installing plumbing systems.  

• Conduct routine maintenance and respond to emergency plumbing needs efficiently.  

• Provide customers with repair or replacement options, emphasizing trust and transparency.  

• Ensure all work meets local plumbing codes and company quality standards.  

• Communicate clearly with customers before, during, and after service to ensure satisfaction.  

• Accurately document work performed, parts used, and any additional recommendations.  

• Maintain tools and equipment to ensure functionality and reliability.  

• Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies.
