Key Responsibilities:
Perform diagnostic, repair, and maintenance services on residential HVAC systems, including heating and cooling equipment.
Respond promptly to service calls, providing efficient and high-quality service to meet customer needs.
Communicate effectively with customers, explaining technical issues clearly and understandably.
Provide recommendations for repairs or replacements, ensuring customers are informed of their options.
Maintain accurate records of services performed, including detailed notes on diagnostics, repairs, and customer interactions.
Ensure compliance with industry standards, local codes, and safety regulations.
Participate in ongoing training and development to stay current with the latest HVAC technologies and techniques.
Collaborate with team members and contribute to a positive and supportive work environment.
